Futures of Governance
An evening on the futures of governance: resilient, diverse, and inclusive of more than just human interests.September 24th, 2026
→ Tolhuistuin, Amsterdam
How might new and diverse forms of governance help us navigate the transitions ahead?
On September 24, Futures & Sustainability brings together thinkers, practitioners and designers in Amsterdam to explore what it means to design governance differently, for businesses and institutions in a world our current models were not built for.
The room will bring together a diverse group of people working across sustainability, impact, foresight, design, policy, business, and the creative industries. This mix is intentional: insights emerge through difference, not sameness.
For people working on sustainability and complex societal issues, this is an opportunity to step beyond linear problem-solving, broaden perspective, and develop a deeper understanding of the systems they are trying to influence — together with others who are navigating similar challenges.
