Making space for long-term thinking

Futures & Sustainability is a platform for people who want to navigate transition with clarity, imagination, and agency.

We bring together practitioners from sustainability, policy, design and business to explore how organizations can thrive in a world where uncertainty is the norm and long-term thinking is no longer optional.

What began as a sold-out event series has grown into a broader set of experiences:

gatherings, workshops, collaborations, and soon—
new formats for learning and exchange.

We help people and organizations build the literacies needed for the next era.

Simulating futures to explore what comes next

Shaping the Transition

An immersive evening on societal transitions, exploring how we shape what comes next through dialogue, design and a live future simulation.

Stepping into a room to slow down, think together, and approach big questions with curiosity rather than certainty. Not everything has to be heavy to be meaningful. Play, experimentation, and shared reflection can open perspectives that formal strategies often miss.

Featuring Derk Loorbach, Michel Scholte, and Krisna Gomez.

"Many in the sustainability community carry deep questions about the impact of their work. To me, it felt like everyone who came to the event was seeking an answer.

The combination of sensorial experience, group play, and powerful storytelling created a space where those questions could be explored - not necessarily resolved, but witnessed, shared, and reimagined together."

People leave our gatherings with renewed clarity, unexpected connections, and a sense of what is possible when futures thinking meets real-world sustainability challenges.

“This event feels like a new league of its own. I left energized, inspired, and full of fresh ideas. The space that Darina Elencheva and Alba Tiley curated was deeply thoughtful—inviting real conversations, envisioning new futures, and a sense of collective momentum.

It wasn’t just talk; it was a meaningful push toward reimagining what sustainability can truly become.”
